I took over this business because I really enjoy creating and sharing the beauty of molecular models, and in that vein our aim is to give you the best service we can, and to give you not just the models you thought you wanted, but models and quality that you didn't realise you could have when you started looking for a molecular model. As a result, we have great relationships with our customers, many of whom come back time and again - for example, we have a number of research groups that buy a new bespoke molecular model for each of their research students when they graduate or leave the group. In the years that we've been operating we've amassed literally hundreds, probably thousands, of emails thanking us for our service, but we have never bothered to formally collate them - for us, it has been enough to simply receive the thanks and praise without boasting about it.
For better or worse, the major search engines now view formal reviews as a quality signal, so we're effectively obliged to have public reviews in order to improve our ranking in web searches, and as a distance seller, we rely on being found in web searches to be found by new customers. So, more recently, we've asked cutomers to rate their models and the service they've received. Below are five random recent Google reviews of our models, unedited and with no reviews removed.
